Domestic Cleaning in Brentwood

Domestic Cleaning in Brentwood

Which parts of Brentwood do your domestic cleaners cover?

Our domestic cleaners cover the whole Brentwood borough in Essex, including the CM13, CM14, CM15 and CM4 postcode areas. That takes in the town, Shenfield and Hutton, and the villages out towards Ingatestone, Doddinghurst, Kelvedon Hatch and West Horndon. Because our office is on Shenfield Road, no part of the borough is far from us.

Village homes often need a little more planning. A period cottage in Blackmore or Herongate cleans differently from a large detached house near Thorndon Country Park or Weald Country Park with several bathrooms and a long hallway that collects mud from country walks. Tell us about the home when you book and we'll allow enough time for it. We also clean in nearby areas outside the borough, such as Billericay, Chelmsford and Upminster.

How much does domestic cleaning in Brentwood cost?

Domestic cleaning in Brentwood starts from £23 an hour. Regular visits cost less per hour than a one off clean, so a weekly or fortnightly routine gives the best rate. Your price also depends on the size of the home and whether you'd like us to bring cleaning equipment and supplies.

There are no prices for single rooms or extras, because every home is different. Click Get a quote, add your postcode and email, and the form shows your exact price straight away. You can pick a day there and then, and change how often we come later if your routine changes.

What does a regular house cleaner do in a Brentwood home?

A regular house cleaner keeps the rooms you use every day under control. In the kitchen that means worktops, the hob, sink, cupboard fronts and appliance doors, then the floor is mopped. In each bathroom the toilet, basin, bath and shower are cleaned and taps and screens descaled. Bedrooms and living rooms are dusted, every surface wiped and carpets vacuumed.

Attention to detail matters most with the things hard water leaves behind. A shower screen in a Brentwood bathroom clouds over within days, so your cleaner treats it every visit rather than leaving it to build up. You can also leave a note for jobs that come up, such as changing beds, wiping inside the fridge or polishing the glass on a conservatory door.

If your home has not had a proper clean for a while, a deep clean first is often the better start, and then regular visits keep it there. A deep clean covers inside the oven, grout, skirting boards and behind furniture, and starts from £27 an hour.

How do I find a cleaning service I can trust in Brentwood?

Ask who will actually come into your home. Some cleaning companies and booking apps pass work to self employed cleaners they barely know. At SN Cleaning Services every cleaner is on our own team, trained by us, DBS checked and insured, and we have been cleaning homes in London and Essex for 12 years.

We try to send the same cleaner on every visit, so they learn where things go and how you like them done. If your usual cleaner is on holiday, another of our own professional cleaners covers and follows the same notes. Should anything be missed, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back to put it right.
