Different stains need different products. Blood, coffee, oil and ink each need their own. Anyone doing professional carpet, mattress or upholstery cleaning should be carrying them, and we do.

What machines do you use?

Can a home machine do the same job?
Not for a professional deep clean. Home machines are fine for keeping things fresh, but a professional clean needs a professional grade machine.
What products do you use?
Professional grade cleaning liquids, plus specific products for different kinds of stains.
Can you treat stains like coffee, ink, oil or blood?
Each of those needs a different product, and we carry professional products for each of them.
Does it matter who does the cleaning?
Yes. A good machine is only part of it. Training and experience are what get the most out of the machine and the products.

Do you also clean carpets and mattresses?
Yes, with the same professional machines and the same stain specific products.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?

What is your show up guarantee?
We have systems in place so our cleaners arrive on the day and at the time you booked. If something outside our control happens, your clean is still done within 12 hours, or we do it for free.
What happens if something goes wrong on the day?
We don't just cancel. We still handle your booking and get it done within 12 hours. If your clean was booked for the afternoon, for example, it would move to first thing the next morning.
How do you make sure your cleaners turn up?
We check on our cleaners early in the morning and again late in the afternoon, so we know they're on track.
How do you train your cleaners?
We look for people who are happy and open to learn. Everyone has a trial first, then works alongside one of our cleaners, usually for 2 to 4 weeks. For the first one to two months on their own, we check their work at least 3 times a week.
Do you bring your own machine and products?
Yes. We bring the professional machine and the products the job needs.
How long have you been cleaning?
12 years. I started as a cleaner myself, and SN Cleaning Services was registered in 2019.
