What we do differently
We have systems in place so our cleaners arrive on the day and at the time you booked. If something outside our control happens, we still handle your booking: it's done within 12 hours, or we clean it for free. An afternoon booking, for example, would move to first thing the next morning.
We clean to the highest standard we can, and we stand behind it. Anything related to the cleaning that your agent or landlord raises, we come back and put right.
End of tenancy needs the most experience of any clean: an eye for detail and knowing which tool and which product each job needs. We train our own team for it. Every new cleaner works alongside one of our cleaners for two to four weeks, and then we check their work at least three times a week until we're confident in them.
You can't reach an end of tenancy standard with the products from the supermarket shelf. Our team works with professional cleaning products and knows how to use them.
An optional extra you can add to your clean, priced by the size of the appliance. Your oven and the other appliances an agent opens, cleaned inside by people who know how.
If anything comes up, we deal with it as quickly as we can, in the way that's best for you.

Yes. Every cleaner is part of our own trained, insured and DBS checked team. We never send random people.
Everyone who applies fills in a form and gets scored. The right people are invited to a trial, where we find out if they're a good fit. After that they work alongside one of our cleaners, usually for two to four weeks, depending on how quickly they learn. Once they work on their own, we check their work at least three times a week for the first one to two months.
No, and that's on purpose. In my experience, a cleaner who has learned to work the wrong way is very hard to teach. We look for people who are happy and open to learn, and we train them our way.
Some cleaners who mainly do regular cleans are brilliant, and their clients love them. But in my experience they don't perform well on end of tenancy cleans. In a regular clean the time doesn't allow going that deep, and they get used to the same house and the same plan. End of tenancy needs deep cleaning everywhere, and that takes training.
It depends on how long the clean needs. We usually send a team only when the job is 6 hours or more. One cleaner can work up to 8 hours; after that people get tired and the work suffers. We plan every team around the result we can get for you.
Because it doesn't work. Every cleaner loses time getting settled at the start and finishing off at the end, 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there. If two cleaners each lose 20 minutes, that's 40 minutes, almost an hour of your clean. That's why we keep teams for jobs of 6 hours or more.
Yes. In Harold Wood the landlord thought he'd have to throw away the mattress and replace a lot of things. We deep cleaned the carpets, the mattress, the kitchen and the bathroom, and he didn't have to replace anything. Dirt doesn't put us off. That's where our experience shows.
