Why SN Cleaning Services
Built on deadlines, trusted with your keys
We started 12 years ago cleaning the same homes every week. Then end of tenancy took over: for four years, about 95 out of every 100 bookings were move out cleans on dates that could not move. That is where we learned to turn up, finish properly the first time and put things right fast.

How we approach each service, and why people choose us for it
We turn up on the day we promised
Moving out is stressful enough. You have keys to hand back, an agent booked in, maybe a new home hours away. The last thing you need is a cleaner who cancels. That's why every end of tenancy clean comes with our show up guarantee and our deposit back guarantee.
Deep house cleaningPlease don't be embarrassed. We love dirt.
So many people tell us they're embarrassed or ashamed of how their home looks. Please don't be. Dirt isn't a problem for us at all. A deep clean is where we can really show what we can do.
Domestic cleaningCome home to the clean house you booked
A lot of our regular customers are busy families. They leave early in the morning, come back in the evening, and on cleaning day they expect to open the door to a clean house. We understand what it means if that doesn't happen, and we make sure it does.
Airbnb cleaningA 5 star review needs a 5 star clean
Look at Airbnb listings and you'll see it: a beautiful property, an amazing location, and then bad reviews for cleanliness. Those reviews affect the business. We understand that, and we clean every turnover with your business in mind.
After builders cleaningWe tell you how many cleaners and how long
Most after builders cleans are sold at a fixed price for the size of the property. What you don't see is how long the cleaner actually stays. With us you know before we start: how many cleaners are coming and how many hours they will spend in your home. After builders cleaning is about time, and we give it the time it needs.
Carpet cleaningProfessional carpet cleaning needs a professional machine
Carpet cleaning costs money, so you should get a professional clean for it. We only use professional grade carpet cleaning machines and professional grade cleaning liquids, with the right product for each kind of stain, in the hands of people we've trained.
Upholstery cleaningYour sofa gets the same professional machines as our carpets
Upholstery is cleaned with the same professional grade machines and the same professional products we use on carpets and mattresses, by people we've trained to use them.
Mattress cleaningBefore you throw that mattress away, talk to us
A landlord in Harold Wood thought he'd have to throw his mattress away. We took the spots out of it and he didn't have to replace it. We clean mattresses with the same professional grade machines and stain specific products we use on carpets.
