If your home has been neglected for years and it needs a massive refresh, yes, we can do that. We know which products to use, and we have the experience to know what's possible to achieve.
A deep clean reaches the areas a regular clean doesn't. That's not because a regular cleaner doesn't care. The time given for a regular clean simply doesn't allow going that deep.
That's also why I don't send just anyone. Some cleaners who mainly do regular cleans are brilliant, and their clients love them, but in my experience they don't perform well on deep cleaning. They're used to the same house and the same plan every week. Our team is trained for the deep work.
What we do differently

Products from the supermarket won't get you there. We always use professional grade products and know which one each job needs.
One cleaner can work up to 8 hours before tiredness affects the work. For jobs of 6 hours or more we send a team. We plan it around the result, nothing else.
Every new cleaner goes through a trial, then works alongside one of our cleaners for two to four weeks. After that we check their work at least three times a week until we're confident in them. Every one of them is insured and DBS checked.
Our cleaners arrive on the day and at the time you booked. If something outside our control happens, your clean is still done within 12 hours, or it's free.
If the property is empty and someone finds a missed spot after we leave, we come back and put it right, completely free. If you live in the home, tell us within 24 hours.

It depends on how long the job needs. We usually send a team on jobs of 6 hours or more. For shorter jobs, one cleaner does it.
Every cleaner loses time settling in and finishing off, 10 minutes here, 10 minutes there. Two cleaners losing 20 minutes each is 40 minutes, almost an hour of your clean.
