What does an Airbnb cleaner do at each turnover in Brentwood?

At every turnover our Airbnb cleaner gets the whole property guest ready. The bathroom is cleaned and disinfected, fresh towels are laid out, beds are made with fresh linen, the kitchen is reset and the dishes washed, and the bins are emptied. We also check for anything guests have left and report any damage to you.

In practice that means clean pillowcases and duvet covers on every bed, bath towels and bath mats put out, crumbs gone from the toaster and the fridge cleared of leftovers. Floors are vacuumed and mopped last. If a guest has left a phone charger in a Shenfield flat or a coat in a Hutton house, we let you know so you can sort it out with them.

Can you clean between same day check out and check in?

Yes. Same day turnovers are planned around your times, so the clean fits in the gap between one guest leaving and the next one arriving. When you request a quote, tell us your usual check out and check in times and how many bookings you expect, and we'll plan the visits.

If your guests tend to be contractors in for a week or visitors down for a weekend event, turnaround days can come close together. Let us know how our cleaner gets in, whether that's a key safe, a smart lock or a key left with a neighbour, and where to park. If anything isn't right after a clean, tell us within 24 hours and we'll come back.

How do you deal with limescale in a Brentwood rental property?
