This is something that really annoys me. People buy a domestic carpet cleaning machine online, call it professional carpet cleaning and charge the same as a professional. It's disappointing, because the customer is paying for something they're not getting.
I'm not saying home machines are bad. If you want to keep your carpets fresh between cleans, it's good to have one at home. But a professional deep carpet clean can't be done with a domestic machine. It needs a professional grade machine.
The products matter just as much. A carpet cleaning product from the supermarket isn't going to help. Different stains need different professional products, and the person using them needs the training and experience to know which one.

We don't just cancel. We still handle your booking and get it done within 12 hours. If your clean was booked for the afternoon, for example, it would move to first thing the next morning.

We check on our cleaners early in the morning and again late in the afternoon, so we know they're on track.
