We clean every room to the inspection checklist, so the property is ready for check-out.
Local to Chase Cross
Chase Cross grew up around a crossroads just under two miles north of Romford, on former forest land that was farmed and then built over with housing in the 1930s. Its homes are mainly interwar houses on residential roads, and there is no Tube or rail station of its own: people rely on buses such as the 103 and 375 into Romford, or on the car. That matters on moving day. The van, the keys to the new place and the agent's check-out all need to line up, and the clean has to fit into that sequence. Getting the order right is what keeps the day calm and the deposit safe.
We clean rented homes across Chase Cross and the neighbouring parts of RM5, including Collier Row, Rise Park and the roads towards Havering Park. A team of our own cleaners, never subcontractors, each insured and DBS-checked, cleans every room once your belongings are out: kitchen cupboards inside and out, the oven, appliances, bathroom tiles and fittings, skirting boards, doors, switches and the inside of windows. Professional products and equipment come with them.
End of Tenancy Cleaning in Chase Cross
Start with the date the agent wants the keys back and work backwards. The clean goes after the last box leaves and before the inspection, so book it as soon as you have your removal date. If you are moving on a Friday and the check-out is on Monday, a Saturday clean leaves the house empty and ready without rushing the van.
On the day, the cleaners need the house to themselves. If you're still loading, they will start in rooms you have already cleared, but the job is quicker and more thorough once everything has gone. Leave the keys where we agreed, and let us know if any rooms are locked or if anything is staying behind for the landlord.
A few small jobs make a real difference. Empty and switch off the fridge and freezer the night before, leaving the doors open so they can defrost; we then clean them inside. Take down anything you put on the walls, and leave any hooks or fittings that belonged to the property. Keep the electricity and hot water on for the cleaners to use.
Clear every cupboard, drawer and shelf. Bin bags left in the kitchen or garden slow the clean down and can count against you at check-out, so arrange a rubbish collection or take bags to the tip first. Anything you're unsure about, such as marks on walls, is worth mentioning when you book so we can tell you what to expect.
Our prices are fixed, set by bedroom count and furnishing, so you know the cost before the day. A furnished home costs a little more than an empty one, because furniture has to be cleaned around, under and inside. The oven is part of every job and is priced separately by its size.
Pop your postcode and email into the Get a quote form and the price for your home appears on the booking page, ready for you to choose a slot. After the clean, the agent's findings are covered for 72 hours: report anything in that time and a cleaner comes back to deal with it, since the house is empty and inspections are rarely on the same afternoon.
FAQs
Prices start from £179. The exact price depends on the size of the property and how furnished it is. Oven cleaning is always included, and its price depends on the size of the oven. Your exact figure appears once you put your postcode into Get a quote.
Yes, as long as the removal van has finished before we start. Tell us what time you expect the house to be empty and we'll plan the clean for after that. If the day is tight, booking the day after the move is often easier and still leaves time before the inspection.
It helps a lot. Switch the fridge freezer off the night before with the doors open and a towel underneath, so the ice has melted by the time we arrive. We then clean it inside, including shelves, drawers and seals, ready for the inventory check.
We clean the inside of the windows along with the frames, sills and runners, because those are what the inventory clerk checks. If your tenancy agreement also asks for the outside glass to be cleaned, mention it when you book so we can talk it through.
Yes. Our cleaners bring their products and equipment with them, so being away from the rail network makes no difference to booking. We cover Chase Cross and the rest of RM5, including Collier Row and Rise Park, and the nearby parts of Romford.
