Cancellation Policy

By accepting our terms and conditions you accept the conditions set out in this cancellation policy.

If a client cancels a job less than 48 hours before the start time or at the last minute, our Cleaners lose their income and it messes with their schedule. Clients’ cancellation fees cover Cleaners’ time and the SN Cleaning Services platform’s costs.

Cancellation Policy For Fixed Price Cleaning Services:

If SN Cleaning Services Cleaner arrives, but the client is not reachable within 30 minutes and the cleaner cannot access the client’s property.*

Waiting for the client to arrive – if the cleaners have to wait for the client if running late

Cancellation Policy Hourly Cleaning Services:

* Fee applied only if an Sn Cleaning Services Cleaner reported the case to SN Cleaning Services and provided a print screen with unanswered calls to the client and pictures of the door of the client’s property.
