How we quote a clean

A lot of cleaning sites ask for a few clicks and spit out a number. We do not. Two homes with the same bedroom count can be an hour apart once you see the oven, the limescale and how we get in.

If you request a quote with SN, you are asking a person on our team — not a form that pretends to know your house.

What to send us

  • Postcode — so we know it is in London or Essex, or close enough that we can still do it.
  • The job — regular domestic, end of tenancy, Airbnb changeover, office, deep clean, after builders, carpets.
  • Size — bedrooms, bathrooms, and whether it is a flat or a house.
  • How often — one-off, weekly, fortnightly, or a guest turnover.
  • Access — you in, key safe, agent. Stairs, parking, pets if they matter.

A photo of the kitchen or bathroom helps when the job is a deep clean or a move-out. It is optional.

When you hear back

Most weekday enquiries get a quote the same day. Evenings and weekends, the next working day. You can also call or WhatsApp if that is quicker.

There is nothing to pay to enquire. If the date works, we book it. If we cannot cover the postcode or the slot, we say so — we would rather be straight than take a job we cannot do well.

What the price covers

  • Our own DBS-checked, insured staff — not a gig app sending whoever is free.
  • We bring the products and kit, including eco-friendly supplies if you ask.
  • If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours and we come back and re-clean it free.

Weekly and fortnightly visits are usually less per clean than a one-off, because we already know the property. We will put that in the quote rather than hide it behind a “from” price on the homepage.

Request a quote — postcode and a line about the property is enough to start.

Need a clean in London or Essex? Send your postcode and we will quote you — usually the same weekday.
