An end of tenancy clean is not a tidy-up. Inventory clerks look in the oven, behind the toilet, inside cupboards and along skirting. If those are still greasy or dusty, it shows up on the report — even if the rest of the flat looks fine.
We do this work across London and Essex with our own staff, not a last-minute subcontractor. Below is what we actually treat as part of a move-out clean, and what we need you to tell us so the quote is honest.
What we usually include
- Kitchen: hob, extractor, worktops, cupboard fronts and the oven (inside as well as the door).
- Bathrooms: limescale on taps and screens, the toilet base, and the floor edges people miss.
- All rooms: floors, skirting, switches, internal doors, and reachable high dust.
- Windows: internal glass and frames. External glass only where it is safe to reach.
- Carpets: a thorough vacuum. A separate carpet or upholstery clean if you want stains lifted properly.
We bring the supplies. If the property is empty, say so — that is the easiest day for us. If furniture is still in, we work around it, but we cannot move a whole house.
What we need from you
- Postcode and property type (flat, house, how many bedrooms and bathrooms).
- Whether it is empty, and how we get in (key, agent, you on site).
- Anything the inventory flagged last time — oven, mould, carpet stains.
- Checkout date, so we book before the clerk, not after.
We will quote you the same weekday in most cases. There is no online price because two two-bed flats are never the same job.
What we will not promise
We cannot guarantee a deposit back. That sits with the landlord, the agent and the condition when you moved in. What we can do is a proper clean, and come back free if you tell us within 24 hours that we missed something.
See what our end of tenancy clean covers, or send the postcode and checkout date and we will come back with a price.
